• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments for services or products across all ventures must be made as per agreed contracts/invoices.

• Unless stated otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable.

• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Third-Party Links & Integrations

• Some services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, APIs, cloud services).

• Kriyon Group is not responsible for issues, failures, or damages caused by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kriyon Group and its ventures are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
